The military authorities control the situation. “PALESTINE IS ARAB.” ♦ (Received This Day. 11.20 a.m.) PARIS, September 10. Emir Ibn Saud, brother of Emir Mohammed, is going to Jeddah. He contended that Palestine was Arab, and must remain so. Ibn Sand added that the Arabs will always treat the Jews well.
