NUMA DISQUALIFIED. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 7. Tn the sixth round of a wrestling contest to-night between Loo Ntiina and Pat Fraley, both 10 stone, Nuina was disqualified for punching after being warned by the referee earlier in the bout. Each had , a fall to his credit, Numa securing the first fall in the third round with a hammer throw. Fraley equaliser! with a fall from a flying toehold in the fifth round.

BLOMFIELD BEATS MOEN

NEW PLYMOUTH, September 7. In the most hectic wrestling bout seen at Hawera for two years, Lofty Blomfield (Auckland) beat Andy Moen (Minnesota) on points to-night. Moen obtained a. fall after a body press in the second round, and Blomfield equalised with a submission fall from an octopus clamp in the seventh.
