TERM—I 4 Years from November Ist, 1938. The proposed lease will contain provisions for renewal at valuation or alternatively the offer of a new lease for sale by auction at the termination of the term with compensation to the outgoing lessee for improvements made by him, in accordance with the Ist and 2nd schedules to “The Public Bodies Lease Act,1908,” (subject to certain modifications thereto). The property is situated at Staveley and is at present occupied by Mr J. H. Burgess. The acceptance of any Tender Is subject to the approval of the Minister of Education being obtained to the proposed lease. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
