ALL OWNERS and OCCUPIERS are required to thoroughly CLEAN THE WATER RACES running through their Properties during the undermentioned periods, when the Gates at the Intakes will be closed down to facilitate the Work of Cleaning.

Occupiers, whose races are uncleaned after the period stated below, will be liable to the Penalty, and the Paces will be Cleaned at the Occupier’s expense, without further notice. (1) —E Races and Branches, ChertseyRakaia District, from August 15th to 17th, inclusive, and from Axxgust 22nd to 24th, inclusive. (2) —C and D Races and Branches, Chertsejl-Dromdre District, from August 22nd to 24th, inclusive, and from Augxxst 29th to 31st, inclusive. (3) —A, B and F Races and Branches, Dromore, Ashburton and Winchmore Districts, Wakanui and Seafield Mains and Sub-Mains, . from August 22nd to 24th, inclusive, and from August 29th to 31st, inclusive.
