HOME MISSIONS.
WILLOWBY METHODIST SERVICE. The annual Home Missionary services wore held, yesterday in the W illowbv Methodist Church. The Rev. A. Mcßean, of Ashburton, conducted the morning service, taking as his text: “This day is a day of good tidings,” 11 Kings, chapter 7, verse 9. The ladies quartette sang “When I Survey The Wondrous Cross.” In the evening Mr H. C. B. Withell preached on “The Spread of Christianity.” Miss M. M. Lill was organist at both services.
