THE AUSTRALIAN AIR CRASH. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Raymond Lawson, who was injured in the air crash on Saturday, died yesterday. The condition of John Gordon and James Mackey lias slightly improved. Ray mend Lawson was a brother of Mr L. AY. Lawson and Mrs E. S. Holmes, of Devon port, Auckland. He was 33 years of 'ago, and leaves a widow and one son., Mr Lawson Was educated at Te Awamutu and Hamilton High School. Later ho was with t-he firm of Turnbull and Jones and went to Australia in 1925. He travelled as a radio engineer and two years ago joined the Australian Air Force and became a member of the City of Sydney bombing squadron.
