FRAUDS ALLEGED.
JUGGLING WITH CITY FUNDS. -United Press Association—Copyrtgtft.) WATERBURY (Connecticut), May 20. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of the Lieutenant-Governor of Connecticut (Mr Frailly Hayes), who is also Mayor ofWatob'ury, and of 26 other prominent persons, on charges of juggling . with the city funds. The frauds are said to amount to 1,000,000 dollars. Bail was allowed in amounts varying from 5000 to 25,000 dollars.
