The Berlin correspondent of “The Daily Telegraph” says that a small corner of the veil of secrecy shrouding German expenditure was lifted when it was announced that £1,000,000 had been earmarked for extension, throughout Germany, of national political educational institutions, which are the nearest Nazi equivalent to the pre-war cadet schools where army officers were educated.
