'£s7o j’from; Burns Clubs throughout the world, to-i ward the restoration of the Burns’, Mausoleum at Dumfries, at a cost of £2500 has compelled the r Dumfries' Burns Club to pawn the priceless 1786 Kilmarnock edition of Burns’ work. Club officials say that Scotsmen throughout the world will reflect the shame of their plight.
