'(Received This Day, 12.50 p.m.) M i: ; LONDON, January 18.. ;The Rome correspondent of “The Times” says that free meals for elemen-t-dry school children throughout the couptry,. hitherto given only to the very-poor, will now be supplied to all pupils, although their parents in suitable positions will be required to coiirtribute to the meals. Nevertheless, pupils will be required to recite at each meal a grace for Signor Mussolini: “II Duce, I thank thee ♦or what thou givesjt to make, me healthy and strong. May the Lord protect II Duce so that lie be long preserved for Fascist Italy.”
