WORKS TO CLOSE.
SEQUEL TO FOUNDRY STRIDE. DECISION BY THE EMPLOYERS. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. A decision to close Shaddock's foundry in the meantime was made today by the employers of the 180 hands who walked out of the works yesterday. A meeting of employees this morning was attended by only a few of the dissatisfied men.
