He is charged with associating with malefactors and illegally possessing arms. Referring to the Cagoulards, the Prime Minister (M. Chautemps) said that the chamber might count on the Government to seize the criminals, wherever they might iie from. He added that they had allowed foreigners to reside in France who had proved unworthy of the privilege. The Government would shortly demand new legislative weapons to strengthen its action. NAMES OF LEADERS KNOWN. LINKED WITH BOMB OUTRAGE. (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) PARIS, November 21. The police announced that they will shortly publish the names of the leaders of the Cagoulards. It is declared that no important member of the organisation escaped. All their names are known to the secret police. The activities of the Cagoulards have been linked with the Paris bomb outrage on September 12, when the headquarters of the French employers’ organisations were blown >up and two policemen killed.
