SUVA, July 16

A reward of £2OO has been offered for information leading to the apprehension of the Lautoka bank robbei s.

Early this month the Bank of New South Wales was robbed of £4OO. The money was taken from the strongroom, which contained a box ready to take to the Tavua mines for the payroll. The box was found across the road broken open. Thei cash and notes were taken and a few drafts were left. No locks were broken and the strongroom was intact.
