ANOTHER CASE AT WAIMATE.

(Per Press Association.) WAIMATE, This Day. Tho Waimate district’s total of infantile paralysis cases rose to 11 yesterday with tho notification of a further positive case in this area, ihe patient is a girl of 14 years. Seven of the cases notified in the Waimate district since the beginning ‘of the epidemic are of fairly recent occurrence. The others were reported during the Christmas-New Year holiday period. There have been two deaths from the disease in Waimate. CASE AT WELLINGTON. WELLINGTON, March 9. A case of infantile paralysis was reported in Wellington to-day. The patient, a boy, aged 11, was admitted to hospital as a suspect yesterday, and his case has since been diagnosed as positive.
