Mr John Clinton Denne, a single man, aged 22, of Waipukurau, was killed instantly at 11.25 when a motor-cycle he was riding collided with a, truck at a corner on the main highway between Waipukurau and Waipa wa. CHILD KILLED BY TRUCK. ROTORUA, February 26. A Maori child, Moa Tehana, aged three years, was killed this morning at Rotoiti when struck by a light truck driven by Sehvyn Henry, a Public Works employee. The child wasplaying with other children on the side of the road and ran across suddenly in front of the vehicle. He suffered a fractured skull and died while being carried home by his mother.
