WEST COAST MAN ATTACKED. (Per Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, February 24, A married man, aged 45, a resident of Blaketown, Was admitted to the Groymouth Hospital to-day from Blackball, where he was working. The case Avars diagnosed as positive, the right leg being affected. A WAIMA7E PATIENT. WAIMATE, This Day. A positive case of infantile paralysis was admitted to the Waimate Hospital yesterday. The paitient is a child of 18 months. This is the fifth case in the Waimate district but the first in the borough area. The previous cases were resident from five to 12 miles from Waimate. - A WELLINGTON CASE.
WELLINGTON, February 24. A positive case of infantile paralysis, a girl aged eight, has been admitted to the hospital. AN INVERCARGILL PATIENT. INVERCARGILL, February 24. A girl aged three, residing in Invercargill, A\ r as admitted to the hospital to-night suffering from infantile paralysis in a mild form. PATIENT FROM GERALDINE. CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Another positive case of infantile paralysis in the Geraldine County Avas notified to the District Medical Officer of Health (Dr. T. Fletcher Telford), yesterday. The patient is a girl aged 11, living at Upper Waitohi. The suspected easo notified from Geraldine on Monday!, that of a boy aged 11, has been diagnosed as positive.
