ALLENTON WINS TOWN SECTION. THE JUNIOR COMPETITION. The final of the town section of the Mid-Canterbury Lawn Tennis SubAssociation’s junior competition, played for tfie first time this year, was played on Saturday at the Te Marae courts. The finalists were Te Marae A and Allenton, and Allenton won by 11 sets to 5. The Allenton team will now play the winner of the country section of the competition. Details (Te Marae names first): —
