HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES.

Sir,—l would like to make a correction of my letter of the 19th inst. I quoted the wages of the boilermen at the Hospital as £3 17s 4d (tax free), that was correct before the restoration of their 10 per cent. cut. Their wages now are £4 2s lid (tax free), still an appalling return for their 65 and /1hour work on alternate weeks. I would like to add to my questions to be answered by the Board at its meeting on Monday: (1) What are the hours worked by the kitchen staff in the last fortnight ? (2) What wages do they receive? DISGUSTED.
