Injunctions restraining certain bottle dealers from refusing to return to brewing and bottling companies or their agents at market rates bottles issued! by brewers and bottlers were granted by the Chief Justice (Sir Alichnel Myers) in a reserved judgment to-day. Broadly, his Honor held that bottles hearing the imprint of the companies which issued them belonged to those companies and in the case before the Court were returnable on demand, provided the companies paid the ruling market reward; for their care and collection by the bottle dealers.
