CAPE TOWN, January 28. South Africa will challenge for the Davis Cup in the European zone. Her representatives will be Farquharson and Kirby, who xro* ranked as first and fourth respectively in South Africa in 1936, F. I'annin, ranked tenth, C. Eedes, unranked, and V. Harris, rankseventh, as reserve. The last-named trio are selected to gain experience.
