BIG AIR RACE.

OFFICIAL FRENCH 'PLANES. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, November 13. Tho Air Minister (M. Cot) has ordered the construction of three official ’planes for the New York - Paris air race in 1937. Two will have a maximum speed of from 220 to 230 miles an hour, and a third 280. Probably other French 'planes will also compete.
