WASHED UP ON BEACH

MAIL FROM SUNKEN ’PLANE. CHANNEL DISASTER RECALLED. {United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, November 11. Five thousand sea-soaked letters have arrived at the London postal headquarters. They were washed ashore in two mail-bags on the Kentish coast, and have been identified as part of the mail on the air-liner Boadicea, which was lost in the Channel in September. The letters are being dried, and will, where possible, be delivered or returned to the senders.
