RABBIT-PROOF FENCE.
ROUND KING’S PRIVATE ESTATE. GREAT RAVAGES BY PLAGUE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, September 18. In an effort to combat the increasing plague of rabbits, which is ravaging farms throughout England, an intricate rabbit-proof fence is being erected around the King’s estate at Fort Belvedere.
The King has instructed that rabbits should be stamped out there.
