WORK RESUMED.
CALLIOPE DOCK EMPLOYEES. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 7. Duties were resumed to-day by all civilian employees at Calliope dock. No action was taken against the 100 engineers, carpenters, shipvvrigjits, and painters who refused to work on Saturday morning as a protest against anything longer than a 40-hour week.
