The decision of the British Government to declare -a close ' season 1 ; for whaling in the Antarctic led, to a boycott by the ! Norwegian Governnient, which forbade Norwegian seamen to servo on British whalers. The British Government, though wishing to., impose a limitation on the catch, recently agreed to withdraw its restriction. <
