AVIATION POLICY.
BRITISH EXPERT ON THE WAY. LONDON, Sept. 2. Before Mr Savage’s announcement that Mr Francis Bertram (deputydirector of Civil Aviation in the Air Ministry) was going to New Zealand to advise on.the Tasman and Pacific air services, had reached London, Mr Bertram was already in the air aboard the Imperial Airways plane. To-day, bound for Australia, Mr Bertram, who is travelling alone, is expected to be absent 2j months.
