SYDNEY, This Da.y The “Daily l Telegraph” >says : that wool sellers in Sydney consider there are unmistakable signs that Japan is buying Australian wool indirectly.
One strong indication, they say, is that certain city operators who for many years bought in a small way have launched out in an unprecedented fashion since the sales began on Monday. These buyers declined to say whether they received commissions from Japan to buy by proxy.
