EDUCATIONAL COURSE.
WOMEN’S DIVISIONAL ACTIVITY. MID-CANTERBURY ATTENDANCES Eleven girls from branches of the Women’s Division of the Farmers Union in Mid-Canterbury are attending the Girls’ Educational Course being held this week in Christchurch. Last year twelve girls took advantage %f the course, which they found both instructive and enjoyable. Those girls present this year are:—Misses J. Bruce and N. Rennison (Scofield), Misses J. Bussell and Lilley (Greenstreet), Misses G. Macale and M. Fleming (Methven), Misses L. Penney and J. Holmes (Mit-cham-Rokeby), Misses V. Mclver and Z. Robertson (Anama), Miss E. Ellis (Lynnford). , This is the third time an educational course has been held in Christchurch and each time girls from Mid-Canter-bury have attended. These courses are organised by the Women’s 'Division throughout all New Zealand and form an important part of the work. The course concludes to-morrow evening.
