The “Evening News” learns that King Edward entrusted to Lady Mendl, an American, wife of Sir Charles Mendl (press attache at the British Embassy at Paris) the supervision of the rodecoration of his personal rooms at Buckingham Palace. Lady Mendl directed the interior decorations at Fort Belvedere.
