NEW WOMEN’S WORLD RECORD. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) BERiNE, August 23. Miss Ragnhild Hveger, who at the Olympic Games finished second in the final of the 4Gos,metres free-style swimming race, established a new world record for 1000 metres. Her time was four minutes 35.5 seconds.
