FATALITY IN NEW SOUTH WALES (United Press Association—~Copyright.) SYDNEY, July 27. Heavy and continuous rain in New South Wales, as well as in Victoria, has caused flooding in some of the River—ina. towns. Arthur Syrett, 3100211 contractor, was drowned tu-day when his sulky overturned in the flooded Bong Bong creek at Koorawat’lm.
