OPENING BY LORD GALWAY. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 27. The opening ceremony of the Presbyterian Senior Boys’ Orphanage at Berhampore was performed by Viscount Galway, who was accompanied by Lady Galway. His Excellency was presented with a silver key to mark the cession, and later inspected tlie extensive alterations to the interior of the building.
