(United Press Association—Copyright.) TOIvIO, July 17. Martial law which has been in force since the revolt in February, has been raised, but “dangerous thought” is to be controlled more strictly. The Minister of the Interior (Mr Ushio) announced his policy of strengthening control throughout the country.
