SERENITY OF CONVERSATIONS. [United Press Association»Copyright). CAIRO, May 23. The Premier (Nahas Pasha) read the Speech from the Throne at the opening of Parliament, announcing that the Anglo - Egyptian conversations were proceeding with serenity and cordiality. He hoped they would produce an honcurable agreement, embodying Egyptian independence, and the tightening up of Anglo—Egyptian friendship and alliance.
