A goad sale of furniture and implements was made by Pyne, :Gould and. Guinness, Ltd., at the clearing sale at “Hoilmwood,” Beach Road,\ on Saturday, under instructions from the trustees of the estate of the late Miss Jame Chalmers. There was a large attendance of buyers. Farm implements and a team of horses sold at good market rates. A binder brought £2O 10s. Some of the best prices for furniture included a suite at £3O 105, and carpets at £2O 105, £7 15s and £l2 103.
