MADDISON TROPHY EVENTS DRAW FOR ASHBURTON PLAYERS The Maddison Trophy bowling competition will be commenced at Christchurch next Tuesday, when three rounds will be played, the first to start at 12.30 p.m. This will reduce the competition to four players, who will play the senior finals and the final on a later date. The following is the draw for the Ashburton, Allenton and Ralcaia entrants. United green —Sumner (T. F. Chambers) plays Ashburton (H. Colquhoun). St. Albans green—Edgeware (R. Henry) plays Ralcaia, (H. Rapley); Allenton (R. Matbseon) plays Beckenham (F. J. Dann).
