TO CLIMB EVEREST.
THE EXPEDITION ASSEMBLING. (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, March 11. The (Darjeeling correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that Messrs I'. S. Smythe, Kempson, Warren and Wigram arrived at Kalimpong on the way to Mount Everest. The advance party, consisting of these and perhaps Mr P. Wyn Ha rris, will leave to-mor-row for Gangtok, followed by the remainder on Sunday. All arrangements have been made for the whole expedition, with transport, to proceed over Kongra La and Sebu La to the Tibet passes, which are reported to be in good condition.
