MAN’S BODY FOUND.

DISCOVERY BY MAORI (Special to the “Guardian.”) WANGANUI, March. 11. The body of a, man believed to bo William Beehro, address at present unknown, was found this afternoon by a Maori on the other side of Otoko Hull, at Lake’s'Cutting, 29. V miles from Wanganui. A suitcase, swag and a ballempty bottle of lysol were found nearby together with, a note addressed to a friend at Durie Hill, Wanganui. The man was about 45 years of age, and all the fingers were missing from bis right bond. The police were notified of the tragedy by Mr J. S. Isbostei, schoolmaster at Otoko Pa, and Detec-tive-Serg \x it J. Robertson and Constable J. Fletcher made investigations and brought the body to Wanganui late to-night.
