The Court of Appeal this morning considered a motion for conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Counci from a judgment of the Court of Appeal, delivered at the end of last yea l , in the case Douglas George Wright and others v. the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association of Canterbury, Ltd., a matter which has already been twice before the Court of Appeal. After hearing argument, leave to appeal was granted. Security was fixed at £SOO.
