DR. RUSTON GIVES EVIDENCE,

(United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) LONDON, March 11.

Giving evidence at the Manchester Assizes, before which he is charged with the murder of his wife, Dr. Buck Ruxton said liis name was formerly Gabriel Hakim. He held a Bombay medical and surgical degree. Describing his marriage, accused said: “We were the sort of people who could not live, either with or without each other.” Asked if he killed his wife, accused said: “It is a fantastic story.” Asked if he killed Mary Itogerson (a maid in his employ) he replied: “It is bunkum.” $ ■ The hearing was adjourned.
