The concluding day of the Wellington Trotting Club’s meeting at Hutt Park was held in fine but windy weather. The track wa* slightly holding. There was a satisfactory attendance. Results:— KAITOKE HANDICAP, of 120 sovs. One mile and a half. 5 (5) —Little Beta, 36yds 1(E. C. McDermott) 1 6 (6) —Don Giovanni, scr (L. Frost) 2 4 (4) —Fairy Brooks, 12yds (D. Bennett) 3 Won by three lengths; two lengths between second and third. Times — 3.35 2-5, 3.40, 3.41. WOBURN TRIAL HANDICAP, of 100 sovs. One mile and a half. 5 (5) —Ideal, scr (L. 0. Thomas) ... 1 2 (2) —Ping, ser (O. E. Hooper) ... 2 1 (1) —Superior Rank, scr (C. S. Donald) 3 Scratched : Coral Prince. Won by a neck; four lengths between second and third.
