GIRL RUN OVER BY TRAIN. (Per Press Association.) HOKITIKA, This Day. While attempting to hoard a shunting train at Hokitika station last evening, Alma Hindmarsh, of Reefton, aged 10, was run over. Her right leg above the ankle was later amputated. SUDDEN DEATH IN CAMP. BLENHEIM, This Day. Mr Hugh Aitken, aged about 60, on loan from the Mines Department to the Unemployment Board and employed as goldmining drill supervise! - in Marlborough, died suddenly in camp at Onamalutu Valley yesterday. He ■came to Marlborough from Wellington.
