When lie pleaded guilty to being found intoxicated in charge of a motorcar in Ferry road at 7.20 p.m. on Saturday, his third similar offence since 1933, Michael Joseph Sivords, a married labourer, Avith six children, Avas fined £2O and Avas ordered to pay costs, by Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning. His license Avas cancelled for the present term and he Avas prohibited from taking out another for three years.
