R. E. GREEN CASE.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS SOUGHT. CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The cancellation of two maintenance orders made against him in favour of a son and a daughter was sought by Richard Edward Green, donor of the clock towers at New Brighton and Sumner, in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. At the request of Mr W. F. Tracy, who appeared for the defendonts, both cases were adjourned until Monday. Green sought the reductions on the grounds that his income had been reduced since the orders were made. The order in favour of his son, Frederick Ernest Green, made at 2s Gd a week by Mr Reid on. November IS, 1935, and the one in favour of his daughter, Everil Isola Jenkins, was made by Mr H. A. Young, S.M., on January 14, 1935, at £1 a week.
