THIEVES AT HAMILTON
CIGARETTES AND CAR STOLEN, HAMILTON, . Feb. 3. Cigarettes and tobacco valued at £3OO, and a motor-car were stolen by thieves who entered the warehouse of Burgess and Fraser, merchants, of Hamilton, over the week-end. The thieves systematically combed the stock, removing about 3000 cigarettes and a considerable quantity of tobacco before turning their attention to the garage at the hack, from which a car owned by the firm was removed.
