TRADE TREATY.
UNITED STATES AND HOLLAND. (United Press Association— Copyright) .. WASHINGTON, December 22. Ihe State Department to-day published the terms of a reciprocal trade treaty negotiated with the Netherlands. . The United States grants a number of tariff reductions, mostly on such special items ns tulip bulbs, Holland gin, cigar wrappers, tobacco, and other tropical products of the Dutch colonial possessions. In turn Holland has agreed to lower the duties on some American imports, and has promised, not to raise the rates on others, and for a few commodities, including flour, has agreed to import a specified annual minimum amount.
