Reports from Geneva state that Senor Vasconcellos (chairman of the Committee of Eighteen) will in all probability reach a decision to-morrow as to the new date of the meeting of the committee, convened for to-mor-row and later, postponed to meet the convenience of M. Laval. The business of the committee will be to receive the report of the experts on the working of the measures of financial and economic pressuie undertaken by oovjenant-enforcing states against Italy, and to consider further recommendations. The Canadian Government has already approved in principle for the addition of other products, including coal, iron, and oil to those the export of which to Italy is prohibited.

GENEVA, November 28. The sub-committee of financial experts has decided that Italy must pay cash for all goods bought from sanctionist countries, even 15 day credits being refused. BAN ON WAR MATERIALS. WORKING SATISFACTORILY. GENEVA, November 28. Mr E. J. IShackle, representative of the British Boai;d of Trade, reported that the sanctions, financial and economic sub-committees, after special examination, stated that the banning of war material to Italy was working Satisfactorily. ’The sub-committees appointed Turkish, Spanish and Russian delegates to report whether sanctions were applicable, in the colonies, protectorates and mandates of members of the League.
