BOY FINDS PARENTS DEAD. United Press Association—Copyright) MELBOURNE, Nov. 14. Returning from school this afteinoon Ronald Allsop, aged 13, found his father, W. A. Allsop, and his mother dead with their throats cut in their home at Essendon, a suburb of Melbourne. A razor was found beside them. Three other children returned later. Allsop was depressed after a period of unemployment.
