HEAVY FOG
TRAFFIC DELAYED IN ENGLAND (United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, November 11. A dense fog interrupted road and rail communications in parts of Yorkshire, the Midland counties, and in Gloucestershire a and Somerset to-day. The Thames Valley was also affected in the earlier part of the day. Visibility on the arterial roads near London was less than five yards in places. Biitisli Official Wireless.
