THE QUESTION OF HER RETURN. ANGLO-FRENCH DISCUSSION. LONDON, November 5. The Paris correspondent of the “Guardian” says that the impression persists that England and France are endeavouring to re-introduce Germany into the League. Important delegates at Geneva tentatively discussed the question last week. "M. Laval is considering a three-Powcr —Anglo'-F rench-German agreement, the inclusion, of Italy, which he would prefer, being momentarily impossible.
